The ENGIE Solutions Middle East app allows you to create a work order which is automatically logged with our helpdesk and track the status of issues. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or email through the application. The application lets you:

- Create a work order, describe an issue and take photos

- Select a building based on your contract or geolocation

- Track the status of logged issues and completed issues

- Enable push notifications for automatic updates to your device

- Call us or email us via the application
